DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. Just take the extra few minutes and go down the road to the next metroPCS. The 2 ladies working there seemed to lack the knowledge to actually do the job. They tried to convince me that the phone that I had just bought would not work (Although I checked multiple forums that confirmed my factory unlocked phone would work). I cant tell if they were just lazy, wanted me to buy a phone from them, or if they were just that unprepared for the job. I went down Pine Island to the next metro where they easily added my phone to the plan with confidence and speed.
